- ETF is a mutual fund in the form of a collective investment contract, the units of which are traded on the stock exchange.
- The way ETF work is the same as mutual funds in general, the difference is that ETF must be registered and traded on the stock exchange through an intermediary stock exchange member.
- Participating Dealer is a member of the stock exchange who signs an agreement with the Investment Manager who manages a mutual fund in the form of a collective investment contract whose participation units are traded on the stock exchange to establish or disburse the said mutual fund participation units, both for their own interests and for the interests of the mutual fund unit holders.
